You need to put the itunes namespace in your RSS feed and include the
custom itunes tags.

We're doing it on blip right now for itunes:author and
itunes:keywords, and I'm working on incorporating more of their custom
tag

There is an iTunes XML spec for this. I use feedburners smart cast,
does it all for me.
