Totally flash based - You can upload stills/vid/audio/text/youtube and record voice-overs and add on rss feeds from youtube and make shows which you then publish in a neat little flv player via multiple channels One can also opt to share elements with other users, and search for elements on the site, so it's mash-friendly. A good aspect is that one can have an embedded channel player and adjust the content at will.
