Although not on the same scale, and out in the 'burbs, in the Kansas City area
there's been an ongoing renaissance of older theaters by the Fine Arts Theatre
Group as the chains moved out of those buildings and on to the supposedly
greener pastures of the multiplex.
It is DEFINATELY a bootleg. FYI Paramount films of that era are in fact
owned by Universal but it is still a bootleg.
Basically if you don't see a film which is in DVD on Amazon, or in Midwest
Tape , BT etc. there is a 99% chance it is a bootleg. The one big exception
are WB, RKO MGM titles

from a webcam by my brother in Wisconsin who rented a building with
some resident entities, good and bad... LOL
