We decided it was more cost effective (equipment purchase and staff time) to continue sending scratched discs to a cleaning service. We use Rubberdisc. I'm sure there are additional companies out there. Actual number of problem discs has been surprisingly minimal so this works. Barb Bergman | M

We are buying Blu-Ray now. They are somewhat popular but certainly not as popular as DVDs. This holiday season I believe the players will start to go down in price and become more popular. Keep in mind that you can play a DVD on a Blu-Ray player so really you are just opening up your options
