only available as a rental or download-to-own purchase through Distrify. I
contacted the filmmaker to request a DVD copy, but did not hear back. I
finally advised the faculty member to purchase the download-to
Do you have a link? As a practical matter the only way you could NOT use it
would be if at the point of purchase there were one of those "I have read
and agree to these conditions" type boxes to check and the terms specified
the DVD could only be used for individual/home use.

Hey Kim,
I'm pretty sure that the filmmakers retain their rights and announce through
Distrify whether or not they want to specifically distribute on DVD…
