Well alas I would give up. It seems pretty clear that though Paramount
released it they no longer own it. It has never been released on blu ray
and the DVD was last released by Warner Bros in 2006. Pretty much all signs
pointing to the film reverting back to it's original producer/ rights
holder. F
yes, I tried Criterion, but they don't have it either--tried Swank Digital
Campus too!

How you tried Criterion Pictures USA? The film was released by Paramount
and they license for them but it may have been in indie film whose contract
with Paramount is over. Anyway that is where I would start.
