Films made before 1923 are in the Public Domain BUT as is often the case the best "versions" have what is known as "special contents" copyright and are in my view well worth paying the company that i

Can anyone tell me who would have the public performance rights in the U.S. to the 1922 version of Nosferatu? I've checked IMDbPro, and the production company is German, and I haven't had any luck finding a U.S. branch/office for them. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
