Tivli is a cable TV streaming service that has targeted universities as their
market. See: http://edu.tivli.com/

I have been asked if anybody knows of universities, other than Harvard and
Yale, that have subscribed campus-wide to Tivli. See Brian Stelter’s article
in the New York Times, “Startup Puts Streaming TV on Campus”
http://www.nytimes.com/2013/01/28/business/media/tivli-puts-streaming-tv-on-campus.html?ref=technology&_r=0
  .

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues
relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control,
preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and
related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective
working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication
between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and
distributors.
