I don't think there is anyway to say, but if such an event were legal under
no circumstances could one charge for it OR sell any refreshments or be in
any position for which there was any kind of financial incentive or gai

Maybe...I'd make damn sure the thing being streamed on the web isn't
actually being streamed illegally or at least without permissions...not
always an easy thing to do.
In any case, I'd check in with the web site manager before taking the plunge.
