It seems I can only set 'tile age' in global prefs to 10000. This seems way too short. I'd like to set if for 86400s for OSM, and to perhaps infinity for terraserver topos and DRGs. At least the DRGs are not likely to ever change, and it seems a waste of time to query for updates. Perhaps tile age per map image (or unset), and allow the global one to go to 1 year?
