Some people use Vim to edit Wikipedia articles, and probably also to edit other
wikis that use also the MediaWiki backend software. Would you please accept the
MediaWiki syntax file into Vim?

Hi Bram and the list.
After applied 7.3.311 patch (ftp://ftp.vim.org/pub/vim/patches/7.3/7.3.311),
I found new problem which caused by the patch.
The problem is that redobuff doesn't capture changes of completion leader.
Therefore, "register-." has wrong string after changing completion leader.
