Redobuff miss changes of completion leader.

Hi Bram and the list. After applied 7.3.311 patch (ftp://ftp.vim.org/pub/vim/patches/7.3/7.3.311), I found new problem which caused by the patch. The problem is that redobuff doesn't capture changes of completion leader. Therefore, "register-." has wrong string after changing completion leader.
