/etc/yum.conf and /etc/yum.repos.d/* are widely used, and their conf
files are dosini format. So we should set their filetype to dosini in
filetype.vim.

Thanks. But it needs to be split in a normal rule and one that uses
StarSetf(). I'll do that.
