You appear to be missing the package that includes the terminfo definition of tmux-256color. On Ubuntu, that would be ncurses-term. I don't know what it is on Red Hat systems; it may be just ncurses. In the future, it would be better to copy the error message from the screen and paste it into your email rather than using a screen shot.
