Hi Bram and list. AFAIK, Vim is legacy software, was born about 20 years ago. 20 years ago, most of software didn't have clearly license agreements. So I don't wonder anything about that vim doesn't contain a copy of template file of famous license agreements in the repository. Some user seems to worry about EULA for vim. For example: see :help license. I can see:

Also I would like to specify that the users of vim are not anything restricted except for code distribution. I hope to add EULA (I'm thinking it's enough with short text) into :help license.
