I found a behavior in vim that I don't understand, i.e. either the interpretation of the documentation is wrong, the documentation is wrong/not clear, or there is a bug in vim. For more details please refer to http://groups.google.es/group/vim_use/browse_thread/thread/8078be026935e051 where I first asked for help. In brief, wildcards '*' use in the 'tags' options are not being expanded as the doc suggests, so doing something like: set tags+=some_path/*.tags doesn't add all files ending in .tags to the 'tags' option. In the afore mentioned thread someone has already proposed a workaround that solve this issue for me, I am posting just to point out the issue so it can get clarified/fixed/etc.
