Hi,

On linux systems I can open Vim and type:

:e~/d<tab> which expands (for me) to :e~/dev/ and I can go on...

but on Windows:

:e~/d<tab> expands to :eD:\dev\ and therefore I can't go on with my completion
unless I start over again using :e ~/d<tab> (note the space)

The whole point is:

I need a space before trying to complete after ~
which I would like to avoid
