Yea, but this is the way to change whole file, I just want the iabbrev
behaviour, to change all while writing.

is there any way to have some kind of case insensitive iabbrev to have
it like this:
iabbrev integer INTEGER
so all words like these:
integER
Integer
INTeger
will be changed into INTEGER?
