I wound up doing just that.  I went through and added an asterisk to
the ones that needed to keep, then removing every line that didn't
match my pattern.  After that was done I recolumnized the remaining
entry Part Numbers. Now all is good!

Thanks again to all you guys for learning me in the ways of list
posting (I'm definitely a n00b if you couldn't tell!) ;-) and for the
insight to the wonderful world of vim regex wizardry.
