Does Vim know how to complete the first part of an XML
declaration/header/whatchamacallit ("<?xml...?>") ?I see some code in /usr/share/vim/vim72/autoload/xmlcomplete.vim that looks like it should, but <?xml<c-x><c-o> doesn't work for me.
