highlights double-quoted strings in Freemarker blocks (ex: [...@macro
"arg"]) and a few Freemarker keywords.

Most folks using Freemarker are probably generating HTML. it would be
nice if that syntax highlighting file was more like the one for PHP
(which basically highlights HTML *and* PHP). It's been a while since I
did one (for Text::Forge), but IIRC "syn include" and "syn cluster"
are helpful for embedded languages.
