Is it going to work? I have some pc 720KB disks but no 800KB and I am
going to get a Mac plus. Does it have some problems or will it just
work? I would like to know.

As long as the floppy disk drive is in working order, then yes, the 720k's
will format fine at 800k. They're the same disks. Woz figured how to eek out
an extra 80k from the edges of the 720k disks. Strangely enough, the 1.44mb
HDD disks will only format to 400k. You can try to cover the second hol

I think it's better than any of those, even the SE/30, which I've owned for

The tape method works. What I usually do, though, is, after taping the
notch, I first format the 1.44 MB to 720k via Windows, then I format it
again in a Mac. That's just my personal way. Whichever works, works.
