so far, I can't find any 800k disks. I sub teach at my old school tomorrow
and I'll check there. Also there's a computer store in town that the
original owner had an old Mac collection with a Lisa. They might have some
still laying around.

However, when I swap out the logic board with a known good board, she
fires right up, so it's not the analog board. It's been in storage for
many years and the guy assured me it booted when he put it away. There
are the standard 47's

Sounds more like a problem in the ADB power circuit. Probably a little surface
mounted fuse.
