How hard is to find a 575 board to use on my Color Classic?
Also, where can I find (besides ebay) a 512K or 1MB VRAM SIMM for my
computer?

Some guy used to run a website running off of a Lisa 2 (I think lisa2.com)
and sold replacement parts on eBay. That's all I can recall. Start there.
