MPW was pretty much the defacto standard as far as anyone I knew with very opinionated+passionate Think-C developers somewhere in distant second! :-) I believe ThinkC was cheaper. MPW and the ETO services were a bit pricey. I got what I needed while I worked at Ample Computer while ETO
