Correct. I currently have a Plus, but have no way to transfer files
to it or from it, as I don't have another Mac with a Superdrive. So I
bought a Classic, with a Superdrive. I will transfer .sit.hqx files
to Windows floppies, which the Classic can read, and use the Classic
to write them to 800K
This would be great! Please though make an image of the disk with Disk
Copy 4.2, and of course lock the disk.
Are you getting a Mac from eBay? A SuperDrive won't work as such with
a Plus, since larger ROMs (which the Plus can't handle) and a SWIM
floppy chip are required.
