This should work for you. Make sure you get download disk tools #1
as your system has a SCSI drive in it. Let me know if you have
trouble with making this disk and I will create it for you for the
cost of shipping, a buck or two via 1st class mail.

oops, as a followup- the drive setup link below turns out not to be a
bootable image. It looks like this disk tools image:
