Dead Mac IIsi

Since my Classic II just died, I've been trying to resurrect an old IIsi I had in storage. I've got some extra RAM for it and a choice of hard disks. Snag is, it won't power on. There's no activity at all when I press the power button. Could this just be a dead PRAM battery? I have some new ones
