Thanks, pickle. Using google.mac, I picked up on a recent thread at Applefritter. It's a dinosaur - I'll take a pass. Still the cheapest way to print is with a dot matrix - hands down. Where I work, our suppliers routinely supply brand new dot matrix printers by Okidata (I think). Their ribbon car

Hi, Listers, I have a chance to replace an non-working Apple Personal LaserWriter NTR with a very good still working well, Personal LaserWriter LS on my classroom LAN of 16 LC580's. Can I network it just like the NTR? Pictures look the same. Is there much difference between the two machines? Ji
