I have actually just tried this today, and it does work, though, as mentioned in some replies to my previous post on a Seagate drive, the drives must be terminated properly to work. Its possible to cram a second drive inside the IIci, although with my PAS16, RasterOps card, Ethernet card and Turbo

The motherboard has wierd termination. You need to check several things: 1. Are the scsi IDs of the drives different? If they are both apple drives, they are most likely set to ID 0. They can be anything but 7, which is the id of the scsi controller. 2. Check to make sure ONLY both ends of the

Hi all, I've a Mac IIci with an 450 MB of HD and A/UX installed on it. Now i want to add another Disk in order to install a System 6 and Linux. The problem is that adding the second HD the IIci won't start, and starting from a floppy disk, Disk setup (patched) cannot found any HDs. I've tried too
