Geez, at least the old viruses were clever. NVIR A (I had it for a
while, didn't know it) caused the computer to bong twice on bootup,
and would sometimes take hold of the speech synthesizer and say
something to the effect of Don't Worry or Be Calm.
I think it said Don't Panic, though only
destroy any files, though.
