Hello! I just bought a used projection pad in original box
with most of the documentation. It is made for the Plus and
SE.

(1) On one end, the cable has nine pins in two rows. This end
connects to the projection pad itself, and is missing one pin.
Is that o.k.? Does that just slow down data transmission, or
do I need a new cable?
(2) The other end looks like a MIDI cable, but with eight pins.
The two sets of instructions included were in French and
Italian, but looking at the diagrams, it looks like there
should be a jack on the back side of Pluses and SEs for this
round connection. I have one Plus and one SE, and neither one
has this.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Claire
