Podcasts app: Can't set custom settings for subscriptions

Hi all, I’m using iOS 9.2 and the native Podcasts app. When I go into the settings app, I am able to choose which episodes I want downloaded and whether I want played episodes to be deleted. But I used to be able to override these defaults for individual subscriptions, and for whatever reason

when you read your messages, within the conversation window, do you find the "send button" or "audio" button and then flick left to read the most recent message? You should flick left across the text field, then attachments, then the most recent message should appear with less recent messages
