Hi Mary, You probably didn't delete the messages accidently, but by default iOS deletes audio messages after 2 minutes.. You may want to check what is set for the expiry of audio and video messages in Settings > Messages. It's near the bottom and I believe by default audio and video messages

It’s actually not difficult. Remember that you have three views: day, month and year. You need to use the back button if you are seeing the hours of the day listed. The back button will take you to the month view. I use the Calendar app all of the time and it’s not difficult to use at all.
