Why don't you try Be my Eyes and get a sighted helper to look at your computer
screen with the help of your iPhone and the Be My Eyes app.

to get access to the audio ducking feature, you need to enable it in
the roter. go to settings>general>accessibility>VoiceOver>roter. it'll
be their.

I am not certain if this has been discussed, on-list, but yesterday, I
received a developer reply to my latest review.
Even though the text of the reply was on-screen, VoiceOver would not read
the text of the reply but only that of my original review.
