Sieghard and others, I don't listen to Kindle books with my Echo but I've gotten to where I read most of my Audible books with it. And you can ask Alexa to rewind an Audible book a desired time period. I've asked her to successfully rewind 30 seconds up to 5 minutes and it worked fine. Alan

Actually Echo can play many Kindle books but not all. It has no navigation in Kindle books though. The only navigation it has in Audible is by chapter so I don't think it's that useful. And, you cannot change the speed of the books which some people want to do. But if you don't mind just reading
