One finger flick up or down on any icon will start edit mode. Flick in the

Yes, the X is fully accessible. That is not the issue. Fanus wanted to
know if the extra $300 in USC for the X was worth the price from a
blindness perspective. Both the X and the 8 offer wireless charging,
although a wireless charger needs to be bought separately. It is

Hi,
Wireless charging is available on both the iPhone 8 and iPhone X.

Airplay 2 might support this. However, it does not seem Apple is
rolling out Airplay 2 until it introduces the Home Pod later this
year. Further, speakers will specifically have to have technology in
them to support Airplay 2 after Apple enables the Airplay upgrade.

Hello Kelly
Thannks for the explanation. Just one other question: I heard that the iPhone 8
can be charged by placing it on some or other charge pad, more or less like the
charging method of the apple watch. Is this true for iPhone 8 or is it only for
the iPhone X?

For the blind, the big differences are that the x has face ID and no
home button on the screen. Both have the same processor so performance
will be the same in each phone. The reason technology journalists say
that the 8 is a disappointment is because the 8 was an incremental

Personally I would go for the iPhone X if you can afford to do so. This
interface is what Apple is moving toward, and is fully accessible. I like the
look of the phone a lot, and think it is very snappy.
