Hi Craig,
I do have an iPod. I like to have separate devices for listening to books and
music rather than using my phone and draining it's battery. Personal
preference. I now also have a Fire tablet which works really well with Kindle
books and just putting on MP3's quickly to listen to.

HomePod to Canada and We bought a few of them so no HomePod for us... Oh,
right, we are in Canada so no HomePod for us anyways.

My watch has warned me several times that my heart rate had dropped to 41 or so

Thank you for info but what I am stuck at is internal book navigation.
Does anyone have any clue on this? How do I go to a particular page?
Confusing indeed.

I downloaded this app so I could check it out and it seems to work OK for me. I
got a sample of a book and it’s similar to the Kindle. You can swipe down with
two fingers to read the text, and you can tap on the screen twice to bring up
the menu.

Hi Marie and all,
The Apple Watch manual says heart rate measurements may be less reliable during
swimming workouts. If I remember right, the watch doesn't automatically track
heart rate during swimming workouts for that reason, though you can turn
monitoring on if you wish.

If it had really been that high it would have felt like a jackhammer in my

The recent discussion of supplemental iPods got me curious to reactivate my

I thought I knew the passcode on that device, but I guess I didn't.

Here is my two cents on using an IPod along with an IPhone. My IPhone does not

Nope. I use iTunes to transfer audio files to my iPhone. It moves them
into the music app where I can find them and move the audio back and
forth. I also can enhance the sound with the equalizer. Trying to play
audio from the files app is an ass backwards means to access audio
content on an iPhone.
Good luck. They weren't interested when I talked to them about their site a
couple of years ago.
