I doubt that Apple is still signing IOS 11 versions. So the easiest
thing for you to do is to go to settings and general and profiles.
Delete the IOS beta software profile and wait for IOS 12.1 to come out
which should bee pretty soon. I think they're on IOS 12.1 beta 3 now. So
