Sorry, Brian, I don't use hearing aids, by "my Bluetooth earpiece" I meant my Voyager Edge single headset. I just suggested to check the hearing aids because I thought it could be possible that if she wasn't wearing them but they were on that Voiceover might be speaking through the hearing aids
