Well! It's on. Goodness knows what I did. The home page looks normal with all the usual headings on it. The only thing different when it came back on was that Karen: yes voice-over is back too said tha Google wanted to get my permission for it to access my location: allow/don't allow.

Hi Jewel. When my Eye phone 6 was bighting the dust it made a high pitched wine sound and voice over wouldn't come on. That sounds like what is going on hear. Apart from getting a new phone might I sugest trying to plug the phone into your pc and see if that will bring back voice over. Apart
