talk even though it is not supposed to and hopefully this is less often the

I am using an Iphone 5S. For some unknown reason, some of the items on my
status bar are not showing up such as Wi-Fi status, time, etc. There is also
some sluggishness when trying to open apps.

holding down the power button until it says power off, then release the power
button, and hold the home button in for about 6 to 8 seconds until you hear
