Could anyone please give me the name of a Mac list for newbies?
Thanks, Marie

Hi Jennifer,
Is it stil on the rotor? If not, check Rotor in VoiceOVer Settings and make
sure it didn't inadvertently get deselected.

In my humble opinion, Envision AI is useless.
But, more importantly, no color identifier on a smart phone is worth bothering
with.
If you want reliable color identification, use a human, or buy the Rainbow II
device.

I just downloaded the envision IA app and I can't get the color detection to
work. When I double tap the button, the phone vibrates but then nothing else
happens. No colors are anounced. I made sure there was sufficient lighting. How
is color detection working for others?

Hi, list.
I got a question about Envision; Is the subscription for a single device
only?
The reason I am asking this is that I have iPhone8 and iPhone 5S and I
purchased the lifetime subscription yesterday. I installed it on iPhone8
first and then on iPhone5S. When I tried to create and account

I've had the same experiences re Siri saying I have no voice mail (Even when I

I read BARD books on the Focus. I called Vespero to find out if auto advance
was supported in the scratchpad, and it isn't at this time. I could convert
files and transfer them to the micro Sd card, but I think it will be easier to
work with them on the iPhone. These

Are my messages not getting through?
Kevin was asking about use with the iPhone, not the computer.
The only hope he has of doing what he wants is if he can get the passages onto
the SD card and then, maybe, he can use auto scroll, which would be in the user
guide, or he could call FS customer
Hi Larry,
While I haven’t use that function, I understand that the notetaking
capabilities are fairly basic. Some type of scratchpad is used. You also need
an SD card to store the notes. I don’t know how well that works, but again, I
think it’s pretty basic.

Hi Kevin,
Yes, it would be JAWS – specific. So if you were using NVDA, that setting
wouldn’t mean anything. I don’t know enough about NVDA‘s but I’ll support to

Hi. I don’t own or have never seen a focus 5th generation but doesn’t it have

Hi Les.
I knew of the reverse panning setting in JAWS, but will that be JAWS specific,
or does it change these buttons in the Focus itself? If the latter is true,
then this will solve a lot of problems for me in more than just JAWS itself.
Thanks for any information you have.

Hi Kevin,
Yes, you can reverse the panic buttons and you need to go into the braille
settings and jaws to accomplish this. Make certain you use the fault
configuration file in charge when you do this. Control shifty well put you
under the default file. Save your change when you were done and

Hi.
I’m getting more used to using the Focus 40 Blue 5th Generation with my iPhone
X using the almost latest version of iOs, since the absolute latest version
hasnT been pushed to my iPhone yet. With this in mind, I have two questions
concerning my display and the iPhone.
I need to explain
Whenever I ask Siri to call voicemail or play my voicemail, Siri claims I have
no voicemail messages, even when I do have some. Also, if I ask Siri to dial
1571 (the number to access my BT voicemail here in uk), Siri says she cannot do
this. Am I making some mistake here?
