If you’re using the native mail app, from the top left corner of the screen if
you swipe right ones, there’s an option that says edit if you double tap that,
there’s an option that says select all, double tap on that go to the bottom of
the screen, and there’s an option that says
Unfortunately, no there is no way to prevent a friend from being able to see

there should be options like unfriend, block, see friendship, restrict? I know
there’s a way to take breaks from seeing posts
