That is easy. Remove the beta profile if you haven't installed 15.5 and you
will see it.

OK, I'll keep an eye out for it. My employer's iPhone 12 is locked down, so
maybe the admins haven't released that fix yet. My personal iPhone 11 is still
registered for betas, but since I'm running the final release of 15.4, I'm not
sure why I'm not seeing the fix yet.

I just updated to IOS 15.41 a few days ago with no issues. I decided
to heck with saving space on my iPhone. I have downloaded loads of
voice over and Siri voices for my enjoyment. If only the Siri voices
could be used as TTS voices for voice dream reader. That would be so
cool.
On 4/5/22,
It definitely was an IOS update for sure. No April fools joke, but as others
have pointed out, extremely vague as to what bugs were squashed or security
enhancements were included.
