I am curious about your statement abut Apple having to fix a bug with the rotor
where things randomly get turned on. I don't recall this ever happening to me
unless of course I accidently had focus on a particular rotor item like screen
recognition at which point of course a flick

order to insure that VoiceOver has the greatest opportunity to read all of
the relevant info on a video in a native Apple TV OS

Yes, you’ll have to open the settings application on the Apple TV, navigate to
the apps section and then find the Apple TV option, open it and the option to
turn off play on hover should be a toggle. Toggle this into the off position.
This should do it.

I just updated to the latest version of TV OS and have noticed that Apple TV
Plus Channel video trailers automatically play when focus lands on their

Maybe you should update, while bugs are often introduced especially at the
beginning of a new major build, there are also bugs which get fixed.

Whatever notifications you have, you can find in the notification center. They usually stay there until you do something with them. For example, if you get notifications from Messages and you double-tap to open the notification, the notification will no longer be in the notification center.Ryan

to numeric. This happened apparently with the 16.02 upgrade.

For many months the focus gets stuck and I cannot click when a new screen opens

I think the reason it will be discontinued is because apple bought dark sky
and intigrated a lot of the functions of dark sky into the native apple
weather ap. I am not sure when it started since I went from a 6+ to a 14
pro moddle but, the weather ap now does have weather warnings

I have a data sim in an iPhone and I can access the internet via that hotspot
but if I stop downloading or using the internet for a while the hotspot phone
closes the hotspot connection. Is there a way to keep it on for longer times?

connection at home for the computer to use, thus the need for the hotspot.
To answer the question, yes you can use the phone hotspot. You can set it up as
a wifi connection or as bluetooth. For me as long as the hotspot is

I’m not exactly sure I might be misunderstanding something. If he wants to
use his hotspot for his computer, he’s got to have Internet in order to use
the hotspot. The hotspot is for sharing the Internet with your computer.
Can you clarify if I’m misunderstanding something?

My regular Apple weather does too.
The other day, all of a sudden, my phone made this mighty noise, and it was a
flood warning in our area. With the coming of Hurricane Ian, I put it in the
desk drawer of my computer desk, farthest room from my bedroom, when I went to
