If I open a post and double tap the Comment Button, VoiceOver says “editing
insertion point at start” but there’s no keyboard.
I’ve deleted the Facebook app and redownloaded it.
Now you have to open the message first -- before you comment. Then,
the keyboard will appear. Hope this helps,
