I am just getting around to following up on this; have really missed not having
the notification of low battery. I have set up a couple of shortcuts,
including one to alert battery is less than 20%, and another to alert at 10%.
The battery is nowhere that low, so I’m interested to see if it
that is interesting since I am just replying and only one email showing my
reply shows.

I just looked in the dropbox app and I'm sorry to say that they do not offer
an option to delete notifications. You can mark them as read.
I sent a notice to dropbox alerting them to this ommission.
