Have you tried turning voiceover off and then back on again? You can just tell siri to turn off voiceover then wait a minute or so then tell siri to turn it back on again. Also try turning off the phone and turning it back on again.

It's easy enough to clear missed calls and actually picking up the call even if you hang up right away may be a cause why you keep getting these calls. I once read that if you pick up the call, the computer on the other end knows that it has called a valid number so it will continue to do so. P
