Hello, this is not a dictation accuracy problem, but rather, Siri stumbling
over herself. While providing an answer, she will seem to start listening
again in the middle of the answer.
It happens quite frequently with IOS 17.6 and iPhone 14 Pro.
Curious to know if others are experiencing this?
It rolled out today.Note I’m on the iOS 18.1 developer beta but it
doesn’t hurt for others to try it. I would think this is an app specific
issue.

My experience is the exact opposite.
I seldom have dictation issues and the only time I have issues with it opening
an app is if there is a second app with a similar name and I’m not speaking
clearly.

As far as I am concerned, Siri never did grow up. It reminds me of the mentally handicapped guy I went to school with. When I dictate stuff to Siri, it always messes up. When I ask Siri to open apps, it’s coming back saying I didn’t get that. Could you try again. Siri needed to have gotten it right
I really wish I knew how you guys did this. I just asked Siri to send a message
to myself and I used Peter's exact example:
numeral 50325 numeral 9
The message I received was this, please check the exact spelling:
Numeral 50325 numeral nine
In other words, both times the word "numeral" was
