hi every one i have a great news for every one that has a problem with iOS7.1 updating!!! since the relase of iOS7.1 in 10/3/2014 my iphone 4s was in checking update and it was still 47 % so i really got crazy once i turned off and on my iphone and again going to setting for update, the update went normally and finished.
